CSEM 2005 Picture Meeting

On Thursday, May 26th, the Society hosted its 2005 Poster Meeting at McMahon Hall on the Catholic University of America Campus.  This year’s show was co-hosted by the Biology  Department of the Catholic University.  The room was buzzing with microscopy as attendees set up their posters in the generous foyer space.  There were many different flavors of microscopy in the works by our members.  The setting allowed ample room for mingling and poster viewing while enjoying a glass of wine.  The meeting was a success and we would like to thank our corporate sponsors for their participation.

Our generous sponsors donated wonderful prizes again this year, including the Best in Show award of $150 (donated by FEI).  Our thanks to JEOL, Leica, Ted Pella, FEI, and ME Taylor Engineering for their continued support and encouragement in our quest to do science.
